1.1These terms cover video replays, full match recordings and match analysis that you buy as a player from a Court Intel page at a padel venue. The seller is On Padel Ltd, trading as Court Intelligence (“we”, “us”), unless the payment page names the venue as the seller, in which case the venue sells to you on these terms.
1.2You are buying as a consumer. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
2.1Video replays. One payment per booking lets everyone on that booking save as many replays as they like during the booking. Each replay is the last part of play from the court camera (the page says how many seconds). Saved replays are kept for 7 days.
2.2Full match. The whole of your booking on that court, filmed by the court camera, as a 1080p video without sound. It is prepared overnight and is normally ready to download or watch from the morning after the booking. It can be bought for 30 days after the booking and downloaded until 31 days after it, then it is deleted. One payment unlocks it for everyone on the booking.
2.3Match analysis. Where a venue includes it with the full match, you also get statistics produced automatically by computer analysis of the video, such as distance covered, court position and awards. They are estimates from a single camera, can contain errors, and are not a coaching or professional assessment.
2.4Lessons, classes and bookings the venue was asked not to record are never filmed, and the full match is not offered for them.
3.1Prices are shown on the page before you pay, in pounds, including VAT. Payment is taken by Stripe by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay; we never see your card details. Your card statement shows “ON PADEL* COURT INTEL”.
3.2After paying you receive an email confirming what you bought, what you confirmed before paying, and a link to your full match.
4.1When you buy digital content online you normally have 14 days to change your mind. Because replays and the full match are supplied straight away, before you pay we ask you to tick a box confirming that you want them straight away and that you understand you lose that right once supply has begun. We confirm this in the email after payment.
4.2Supply begins, and the right to cancel ends, when replays are unlocked for your booking, or when your full match is ready to download (whichever applies to what you bought).
4.3If you bought a full match and it is not yet ready to download, you can still cancel: email support@courtintelligence.co.uk with the reference from your confirmation email and we will refund you in full.
5.1If we cannot deliver it. If your full match is not ready to download within 48 hours of the end of your booking (or of your payment, if you bought it later), for example because the recording failed, we refund you in full to the card you paid with. We check for this every night, so you do not need to ask, but you are welcome to.
5.2If it is faulty. What you buy must be as described and of satisfactory quality. If it is not, email us and we will put it right or, if we cannot, give you a full or partial refund.
5.3If two players pay for the same thing. One payment covers everyone on a booking. If a second player on the same booking pays for something the booking already has, we refund the second payment.
5.4Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 5 working days of our agreeing them; your bank may take a few more days to show them.
6.1The video is for your personal use. It shows the other players on your booking, so please share it only in ways they would be happy with. If you appear in a video and want it removed, email us or tell the venue team.
6.2How the camera, recordings and statistics use personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
7.1To show what was bought and delivered if a payment is ever questioned, we keep a record of your confirmation before paying (the wording, the time, and the internet address and type of device used), the payment, and each time the full match is downloaded or watched or a paid match report is opened, with the time and internet address. These are kept with our payment records.
8.1Questions or complaints: support@courtintelligence.co.uk. We aim to reply within 2 working days.
8.2These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
9.1Where a venue runs Rally of the Week, a player can enter a replay they saved. The venue posts each week’s entries on its social media (Instagram and Facebook) on the Monday after, and the entry with the most likes by the time shown on the entry page wins the prize the venue has set. The best entries may also be posted on Court Intelligence’s YouTube channel. Entering is free and has no bearing on any purchase.
9.2A replay shows everyone who was on court, so it is only posted if everyone in it agrees. The player who enters it says how many people are in the clip and agrees for themselves; each of the others agrees from their own phone, using the link the entrant sends them. Each person confirms they are 18 or over, or that their parent or guardian agrees.
9.3Anyone in the clip can withdraw an entry at any time, before or after it is posted, from the same link or by emailing support@courtintelligence.co.uk. The venue is then asked to delete the post the same day, and we remove it from YouTube.
9.4A replay entered is kept until 30 days after its voting week, instead of the usual 7 days, then deleted with our copy; posts on the venue’s or our social media stay up until someone in the clip asks for them to come down. The venue decides the winner from the likes on its own posts, and supplies the prize.
