You already take bookings in Playtomic. Court Intel uses those bookings to run the building: lights on for booked courts, the gate open for booked players, and the numbers on one screen.
What it does
Lights follow Playtomic bookings
A paid booking lights its court a minute before play and switches it off two minutes after.
The gate opens for the booking
Players on a Playtomic booking get in around their booked time, with a code or a phone button.
Occupancy and revenue
Your Playtomic history turned into an occupancy heatmap, court revenue and early warnings.
Read-only by design
We read bookings and never create, change or cancel anything in your Playtomic account.

Questions operators ask
Which Playtomic plan do I need?
Playtomic makes integration access available to single-location clubs on its Champion or Master plans. Clubs on other plans cannot create the credentials, so check your plan first; we are happy to help you check.
Does Court Intel change anything in Playtomic?
No. Access is read-only. We read bookings to switch lights and open the gate, and never create, move or cancel a booking.
Is Court Intel made by Playtomic?
No. Court Intel is an independent product from On Padel Ltd. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Playtomic; we use the integration access Playtomic provides to its clubs.
What if Playtomic is unavailable?
Today's bookings are held at the venue, so lights and entry keep working through a short outage. You are alerted if the booking feed stops answering.
What does it cost?
Lighting from £39 a month, lighting and gate access from £99 a month, analytics alone £49 a month. The full price list is on our pricing page. Prices exclude VAT.
