Questions operators ask
Is an unstaffed padel venue safe?
Every controlled door must let people out freely without a code, a phone or power, and must have a manual release. Our installation guide and terms require it, and we will not commission a door that traps people in. Many venues also keep CCTV on the entrance.
What if a player's phone is dead?
They can use the keypad code instead. Your staff can also open the gate from the dashboard, and every remote open is logged.
What about coaches and cleaners?
They use the daily staff code, which you can reset at any time from the dashboard.
Do I still need someone on site?
Many clubs keep a person on site at busy times and run unstaffed early mornings and late evenings. Court Intel supports either. The dashboard, alerts and activity log are what let you step away.
What does it cost?
£99 a month for up to two courts and one gate, then £12 a month per extra court and £25 a month for each extra gate. One-offs: £499 installation kit and £899 gate access pack. Prices exclude VAT.
